Accounts Administration Assistant : Part Time

Our client who is in the logistics industry is looking for additional long time support within the accounts team with general accounts administration.

This role will be 3 days per weeks but may drop to 2 days per week a couple of times per month depending on workloads. (Some flexibility with working hours)

Ideally you will have experience in using Xero software as well as ability to use MS office including Excel. Training will be provided in using the inhouse systems.

Duties will include:

  • Check Statements and payments
  • Data entry of supplier invoices onto the system making sure all VAT information is correct
  • Processing the Nest pension payments
  • Remittances and checking of payments
  • Support with general accounts queries that come in to the company via phone and emails

Skills / Experience:

  • Possess great computer skills including MS office and Xero
  • Previous accounts administration experience
  • Be keen to offer support within all areas of accounts and communicate well with a wider team

Working Hours:

3 days per week with hours between (Open to discuss) – 9am – 5.30pm

Payrate:

£14 per hour
