Description

  • Increase tap uptake and maintain retention of taps.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the on-trade sector.
  • Build and Manage relationships with key stakeholders to promote the company's brand.
  • Achieve and exceed set targets.
  • Compile and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Manage budget and sales forecasts effectively.
  • Stay abreast with industry trends and market activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Profile

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the drinks industry, or a background in hospitality, with an outgoing, confident and driven nature - someone that can speak the language of pub/bar owners and managers.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen understanding of market dynamics in the Scottish drinks and on-trade sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Offer

A competitive salary in the region of £30,000 per annum.
