A reputable Wealth Management business are hiring an Financial Services Administrator with strong attention to detail skills to join their team.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for supporting the advisor's and para planners with quality administration duties

  • Process new business cases
  • Liaising with clients and supporting with any questions or queries they have
  • Preparing client reporting packs
  • Ensuring all compliance documents are correct and upto date
  • Following all legislation
  • Updating the back office system with client information
  • Ad-hoc admin duties

The ideal candidate will have experience working within an administrative role with strong attention to detail and a desire to learn
