We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our well established and bespoke development client. The role be based in Billingshurst and comes with a salary of £25,000.

Responsibilities for Office Administrator

  • Obtaining quotes, negotiating, and buying materials for projects.
  • Responsibility for all factory vehicles, plant and equipment – including maintenance contracts, insurance and repairs
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Factory Manager
  • Communicating with suppliers and trades personnel
  • Maintaining effective stock control systems and undertaking regular stock takes
  • Responsibility for health and safety at the factory
  • Preparing all relevant paperwork/documentation for Trade audits
  • Monitoring holiday and sickness

Requirements for Office Administrator

  • Strong organisation and administration experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change
  • Experience of the construction industry – ideal but not essential
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office
  • Able to manage workload proficiently
