We working with a well-established, fully independent financial planning practice known for its boutique feel, collaborative environment and strong client-first ethos. Due an internal promotion, the client is now seeking to recruit an additional Paraplanner to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the business in an office-based role, providing direct support to the company's Managing Director. You will work closely with clients and become an integral part of the advice process, contributing to high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Managing Director to support the delivery of high-quality financial advice
- Conduct detailed technical research and analysis across all areas of financial planning, including pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
- Prepare bespoke suitability reports and recommendations in line with compliance requirements
- Liaise directly with clients, handling queries and maintaining strong relationships
- Support the ongoing advice process by working closely with advisers and support staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Paraplanner position
- Strong understanding of financial services processes, ideally within an IFA or wealth management environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards)
- The client will also consider a Senior Administrator/Junior Paraplanner with paraplanning experience and the Diploma who wants to progress their career
