We are pleased to be working with our client seeking an IT Technician Apprentice based in Northampton for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. This is a practical role with hands-on experience from day one alongside your studies. You will work towards your Comptia A+ qualifications.
Responsibilities of the IT Technician Apprentice
- Provide 1st line support.
- Basic IT diagnosis and fix.
- Installation and repair of IT hardware and networks.
- Routine maintenance of resources and equipment.
- Support common software packages.
- Log and maintain calls with both software and hardware maintenance providers.
Requirements for a successful IT Technician Apprentice
- Enthusiastic about pursuing a career in IT.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to organise and manage workload priorities.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
