Dispute Resolution Lawyer

My client, a full-service offshore law firm has an excellent opportunity for a junior Lawyer to join their leading Litigation practice in the Channel Islands.
The firm works with financial institutions, fiduciary service providers, commercial entities and private individuals including HNW individuals from around the world.
In this role, you will handle a variety of contentious matters such as commercial disputes, insolvency, contentious trust and probate, and cross border fraud. Some of your key responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing documentation, and preparing cases for court.
You will work closely with other Lawyers and Partners, and support and mentor junior staff if required.
Skills and Experience
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales, Scotland, Jersey, or Guernsey)
- At least 2 years or PQE gained in a reputable law firm
- Strong litigation experience
- Excellent drafting skills
- Exceptional communication skills
