Regional Sales Manager | automotive aftermarket | £45k + car/car allowance + fuel card + bonus (circa £5k)
I'm currently working with a passionate company in the automotive aftermarket industry. This company are an extremely well-established European manufacturer (€900m turnover) with an experienced and enthusiastic UK team.
We're looking for a motivated salesperson to deliver growth and retention across the Southeast territory. With the help of excellent training and support, you will use relationships building, negotiation, product training, merchandising, and business development to drive territory growth across motor factors, garages, body shops, and retailers. You will also have the opportunity to mentor a junior salesperson who focuses on smaller accounts across your region.
With a strong marketing presence across motorsport including F1, MotoGP, and TCR UK - you will have the chance to attend exciting events as a brand ambassador (with time back given in lieu).
Salary: £35k to £45k + company vehicle or car allowance + fuel card + annual bonus (circa £5k).
Location: Remote, 5 days per week on the road across the Southeast territory.
Duration: full time/permanent.
