As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic team, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and has a natural instinct for sales. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales, processing orders, and maintaining excellent communication with our customers and the field sales team. This is an office-based role with the potential for some remote working after a successful probation period.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all inbound customer enquiries, handling requests from start to finish or scheduling consultant visits as needed
  • Oversee our live web-based chat during office hours, providing timely and effective responses.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our "storage only" customer base, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement
  • Accurately process customer orders into our CRM system, ensuring all details are captured and followed through
  • Conduct customer care calls post-project completion, ensuring that our service continues to meet and exceed expectations
  • Support the field sales team as needed, providing them with the necessary information and assistance to close deals and grow the business

ABOUT YOU

  • A background in delivering top-tier customer service, with a strong focus on attention to detail
  • Experience in a busy inbound and outbound sales environment, with B2B sales knowledge being advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • A self-motivated, team-oriented individual who is entrepreneurial and a natural problem-solver
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  • A positive, can-do attitude, with a passion for learning and growing within a leading company
