One of the most established MEP Design Consultancies in the UK are looking for a Principal Mechanical Engineer to join the team in the London office, by Southwark Tube Station.
These guys work on all types of project, but are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to come aboard and take the lead on some large Residential schemes that they have been awarded over the last month or so.
These are serious projects, and range from 1500 unit high rise schemes to a very interesting project that calls for the complete renovation of a Grade 2 listed building in Knightbridge to become a high end collection of residences, each of which will be different than the others.
You will be leading multiple concurrent projects, and the Engineering challenges you encounter will be different every day
As a wider business, these guys have taken significant steps to have a bullet proof infrastructure in the business. As such, you will have on hand a BIM Team who are insanely good at what they do, as well as a group of Senior M&E Design Engineers who are at the top of their game.
