Job Title: Financial Accountant (9-month FTC)

About the Job:
In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive support to the Finance department, ensuring efficient and effective financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Duties will include:
- Managing the sales ledger, processing fees and invoices.
- Reconciling recharged extras
- Engaging with debtors and coordinating with debt agencies.
- Performing month-end processes and journal processing.
- Preparing and uploading financial data to the finance system.
- Communicating with, staff, and suppliers.
- Raising ad-hoc invoices and applying VAT on various supplies.
- Assisting with other finance-related tasks as required.
About the Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will be AAT, ACA, or ACCA qualified or possess equivalent experience, demonstrating proficiency in accounting functions and Excel. You should be adept at digital tools, possess excellent communication skills, and maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Experience in an educational environment and familiarity with specific accounting systems would be advantageous.
