Senior Sales Consultant Golf & Country Club, Maidenhead Area
£25,000 + £8,000 OTE
A fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious golf and country club as a Senior Sales Consultant in a desired Berkshire location! My client is a leading golf and health club operator with multiple clubs in UK and always on the lookout for more. This role has a clear progression plan in place so is ideal for an ambitious person with an already proven sales background who will be focused on the growing the membership base and delivering a top class member experience.
The main responsibilities of the Senior Sales Consultant are:
- Generating your own leads with pro-active approaches
- Touring prospective members around the club's facilities
- Competency in understanding the motivation of the prospective member and closing sales
- Working towards personal and club monthly sales targets
- Leading the sales team by example as a senior member of the team
The candidate:
- A positive and proactive attitude is a must
- Experience in working in sales and a customer orientated environment
- Hungry for success and a passion for delivering excellent service
- A background in a golf or country club location is ideal but not essential
This is an exciting and rewarding job which requires evening and weekend work. You will be reporting into the Club Sales Manager and will be expected to work closely in conjunction with them to help lead the team.
