This role would suit a highly experienced IT Director with a background in leading teams across infrastructure, support, development & analytics and strong business acumen who can drive business change through tech innovation and who can lead a motivated IT function with a positive, engaging and inclusive management style.

This IT Director based near Bristol should have most of the following key skills:
- Experience working in an IT Director position within international organisations (ideally with a matrix structure)
- Experience leading IT functions that include development, infrastructure, analytics and support
- A proven track record of delivering business improvement and growth through tech innovation within an IT Director role
- Excellent team leadership capabilities (leading teams of 20 plus)
- C-Suite level stakeholder engagement
- The desire to be on-site three or four times a week with your team
- A positive, engaging, inclusive attitude and management style
In return this IT Director can expect a base salary of between £160,000 - £180,000 DoE within post reviews, bonus potential, company car, hybrid working, private pension and healthcare with excellent progression opportunities.
