An innovative client of ours based in Loughborough, needs an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team. The role is required for someone who can commit to a long-term contract and who can be a valued member of the team. As this will be a stand-alone AP role, they need someone who has great experience, confidence and to be knowledgeable within their role.
Main responsibilities include:
- Processing a high volume of purchase invoices through 3-way matching and following process and procedure.
- Processing invoices in multiple currencies
- Managing and reviewing all invoice queries in a timely manner
- Managing Accounts Payable email inbox
- Reconciliation
- Setting up new supplies
- Working alongside other member of the finance Team i.e: Finance supervisor, Senior finance administrator.
- Any other ad hoc duties
Ideal candidate:
- Experienced within an Accounts Payable role.
- Experienced working within a small finance team
- Having attention to detail
- Experienced working in a busy, pressured environment
- Working with multiple currencies would be advantageous.
