Implementation Assistant

Overall objective and scope:

Office based role working within an enthusiastic team, reporting to the Implementation Supervisor. The role will be providing implementation support to the entire business and contribute to the continued growth and development of our rapidly expanding business. The Team provides crucial internal support for the effective implementation of new schemes and making these new customers feel they are the only customer that matters.

Key Duties and responsibilities:

  • Project manage the on boarding of new customers
  • Work effectively with the Business Development & Account Development Managers and act as an internal contact for new customers during the implementation process
  • Raise and manage contractual agreements internally and externally
  • Uploading signed contractual agreements to Back Office for the business to access when required
  • Set up internal systems as per the customers requirements
  • Manage credit requests with the funders
  • Manage motor insurance setup with broker and accident management company
  • Brand customer and driver portals
  • Set up the required services with external service providers
  • Code changes to employee documentation
  • Update Salesforce with the relevant customer and scheme information with project plans for each customer being updated on a regular basis via Taskray
  • Upload employee data to Tusker portal prior to launch
  • Produce bespoke Process Maps and Scheme Summaries for each customer
  • Select and/or amend the relevant employee and employer communications
  • Assist with the management of vehicle novations if required
  • Assist with the relationship, scheme setup and IT requirements with employee benefit providers

  • Team player.
  • A proven ability to proactively plan, problem solve and prioritise.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, driven, strong attention to detail with a flexible approach.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills with a confident and polite telephone manner and first-rate service focus
  • Strong organisational and trouble shooting skills
  • High level of competence in Word and Excel
