Our client, an organisation in the education industry, is seeking 3 temporary Compliance Officers to join their team for a crucial 6-week period. With our client's recent move to a new MIS provider, the old files need to be audited promptly and efficiently. This is where you come in!
As a Compliance Officer, your attention to detail, communication skills, integrity, time management, initiative, and accuracy will be paramount. You will be responsible for auditing approximately 4000 files from the system within the given timeframe. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards within the organisation.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough audits of files to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Identify any inconsistencies, errors, or areas for improvement and report them promptly
- Maintain accurate records of all audit findings and provide regular progress updates
