Courier Customer Services Clerk required to join this busy team
Mon-Fri.
Rotation of 0900 - 1800 / 0800 - 1700 / 0700 - 1600hrs.
Key Tasks
- Strong communication, including writing, speaking and active listening
- Great customer service skills, including interpersonal conversation, patience, and empathy
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices
- Basic math and accounting skills
- Organization, time management and prioritization abilities
- Ability to be discreet and maintain the security of client information
- Effective computer skills to input to use account management software in a timely and efficient
manner
- Excellent knowledge of excel, ideally with Intermediate experience level, able to use pivot tables and
formulas.
Ideal candidate will come from a Courier/logistics background
Salary max £28,000 p/a
25 days holiday per year, excl bank holidays, overtime 1.5 p/h, yearly bonus related to performance / minimal absence.
Must have 5-year DBS checkable background available.
Customer service experience is essential.
