As a Telesales Executive, you'll be responsible for looking after a wide range of customer accounts, from local schools to care homes. You'll be taking customer orders over the phone and showing off your 'foodie' nature by being an expert in their food.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers and potential new customers to promote a range of products and services
- Accurately process orders over the phone and ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding customer needs and provide tailored solutions to fulfil these needs. As well as dealing with customer complaints
- Stay updated on all product offerings and industry trends
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using the CRM system
Skills & Experience
- Previous Telesales or customer service experience, ideally within the foodservices
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledgeable in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
