As Social Value Coordinator, you will integrate social responsibility and sustainability principles into our operations, culture, and decision-making processes, ultimately contributing to positive social change and long-term business success.

What you'll be doing

  • Support the development and implementation of social value plans for projects and tenders, ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer requirements.
  • Report social value achievements within the business and as part of contractual project reporting.
  • Identify and manage social value opportunities throughout the project lifecycle
  • Communicate social value initiatives and their importance to employees at all levels of the organisation.
  • Assist with the creation of compelling case studies and communication materials to showcase our social value impact.

Essential skills you need

  • Experience in social value, STEM/outreach, corporate social responsibility, or sustainability.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent report writing, data analysis and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
  • A passion for social impact and a commitment to creating positive change
  • Energy, passion, and commitment to support a dynamic business
  • A self-starter with initiative
