About The Role

Centrality is looking for a talented Cloud Operations Engineer who will continue our tradition of building and maintaining our cutting-edge infrastructure across varied and challenging client estates. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud/on-prem infrastructure, monitoring system performance and working with our clients to resolve any issues that may arise.

We are looking for someone with strong networking skills who is passionate about cloud technology, with a particular focus on Microsoft Azure platforms and is able to troubleshoot complex issues concisely and efficiently.

You will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and collaborate with an excellent Team of people across various disciplines within the organisation.

This role will suit someone who is experienced, driven, motivated and ambitious in their pursuit of knowledge. In return the suitable candidate will benefit from receiving excellent support and career opportunities with various avenues to develop including certifications.

This role is based at our modern relaxed offices in Meppershall, Bedfordshire where there is unlimited LaVazza coffee to keep your fuelled, fruit to ensure you get your five a day, the best tech and flexibility to split your time between the office and home.

You'll need to have the following Qualifications, skills, and experience for this role:

  • Prior monitoring experience of monitoring mission critical infrastructures
  • Attentive with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Servers & VM, networking and centralised management
  • Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting
  • M365 Fundamentals and Azure Fundamentals (AS-900 & MS-900)
  • Working towards Azure Administration AZ-104
  • Knowledge of Azure Monitor
  • CCENT and working towards CCNA.
