Closing Date: 27th AugustLocation: Nottingham or London (Full time, Monday-Friday)Contract: PermanentRecruitment Partner: Frankie McCallister-LyasOverview: As a Global Assistant Product & Brand Manager, in partnership with the global Soap & Glory team, you will work on delivery of the product innovation strategy, product & brand plans. You will work collaboratively with both Global Product & Brand teams on the development of NPD strategies new product pipeline. You will be responsible for end-to-end product development, from creating compelling consumer-led concepts to delivering the finished product.Key Responsibilities: • Leveraging insights from category trends, competitor and consumer research and mapping these into compelling product plans • Translating macro trends into micro product detail, including packaging, formulation, claims & design elements.• Ownership of end-to-end product development from concept creation through to ensuring on-time delivery and sufficiency of the plan• Creation of product briefs that deliver against the brand strategy.• Working in close collaboration with your Portfolio Delivery partner to manage cross functional meetings, ensuring projects remain on track, and escalating any risks to relevant stakeholders. • Be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of manufacturing and production methods of the category. Your colleagues will look to you for your knowledge in our supplier's capabilities and assets.• Lead the relationship with agency partners and their work on our brand from brief & evaluation: specifically packaging design. • Lead the artwork workflow process for packaging components in line with the Brand Visual Identity • Close collaboration with the brand team and commercial teams for effective product implementation• Supporting the Global Head of Brand & Product, contributing to category plans, prioritising and direction setting• Manage Product administration across all projects: claims, and product code set up.What you'll need to have: • Experience in end-to-end product development and delivering at pace. • Be comfortable analysing data and using data points to inform strategic thinking.• Be comfortable with commercials, with understanding of key commercial levers and trade-offs.• Be a forward-thinking relationship builder, comfortable with working as part of a large cross-functional team.• The confidence to lead others – gaining buy in from commercial stakeholders and the project team to enable the delivery of our vision.• Passionate about best in class delivery – on time, in full, and right first time.It would be great if you also have: • Previous experience on Bath Body and/or Skincare category would be of benefit.About No7 Beauty Company: No7 Beauty Company is made up of five iconic brands - No7, Liz Earle, Soap & Glory, Botanics and Sleek MakeUP.
