About The Role:

The Sales Executive - UK/ EUR will work in our fast-growth scaleup to convert inbound leads to sales-qualified opportunities and generate new leads, aiming to increase conversion rates from leads to closed wins. This role requires collaboration with the Head of Sales in the region to achieve quarterly sales targets and ensure lead prioritisation and processing according to business playbooks.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive, qualify, and manage a pipeline of revenue for the UK region.
  • Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to ensure a unified approach to handling lead flow.
  • Handle inbound marketing-generated opportunities and progress them from sales qualified lead to sales qualified opportunity.
  • Focus on generating a pipeline of sales qualified opportunities for the Sales Lead to close each quarter, aligned with commission structure.
  • Drive outbound sales to generate sales qualified leads as needed, prioritising the qualification of all leads.
  • Work alongside marketing to nurture warm leads and convert them to sales qualified opportunities.
  • Ensure HubSpot data is up to date, maintaining high standards for lead classification (MQL, SQL, SQO).
  • Collaborate with Sales Leads to build and execute growth plans.
  • Populate HubSpot with metrics to measure team performance.
  • Track progress against the regional sales plan to support corporate revenue goals.
  • Continuously seek smarter ways to position Rosterfy in the market as the best solution.
  • Drive new business growth through greater customer advocacy and reference-ability.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations, send contracts, and raise POs.
  • Expand and develop existing and new partnerships to deliver growth opportunities.
  • Foster collaboration across commercial teams and the customer lifecycle, encouraging continuous learning within the team.

Requirements:

  • Process and data-driven sales operations background.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot or Salesforce.com, and building trackable, repeatable sales processes.
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up sales environment.
  • Willingness to "roll up the sleeves" and sell.
  • Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives (revenue targets, pipeline targets, etc.).
  • Experience using CRM systems and marketing automation systems (HubSpot, Jiminny, and other sales tools).
  • Prior experience in SaaS sales, technology consulting, event, or workforce management software.
