With a diverse portfolio spanning various sectors, including residential, education, commercial, healthcare, and hospitality, they pride themselves on delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions.

I am currently looking to speak with a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. As a crucial member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects across multiple sectors, gain invaluable experience, and contribute to the development of ground-breaking designs.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • RIBA Part 2 qualified with at least your year out industry experience in a UK based practice.
  • Collaborate with architects and other team members in the design development process for projects in residential, education, commercial, healthcare, and hospitality sectors.
  • Assist in the preparation of drawings, models, and presentations tailored to the specific requirements of each sector.
  • Conduct research on materials, construction techniques, and building regulations relevant to various project types.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, understanding the unique needs and preferences of clients across different sectors.
  • Support the project team in all phases of project delivery, from concept design to construction administration, ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to the needs of diverse project teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
