Hayley Group Limited has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Stores/VMI Assistant to join our well-established and experienced National Accounts team based at our Halesowen branch. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

About the role:
As our Stores/VMI Assistant, you should have a keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is looking to develop their skills and progress within a dynamic and growing business.
Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
Key responsibilities as our Stores/VMI Assistant will include:
- Working remotely alongside customers and the Hayley team nationally.
- Identification of customer held stock and cross referencing to part numbers.
- Installation of storage systems.
- This role will involve heavy lifting duties.
- Building a database for input into customer portal on the stores system.
- Providing training to end users on system operation.
Skills & Attributes we're looking for in our Stores/VMI Assistant:
- Ability to work away for extended periods.
- Previous knowledge of MRO and consumable products would be advantageous.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing working environment/times.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload.
- Experience in a stores / warehouse environment desirable.
