As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of entrance systems and doors. Your expertise will ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of these essential features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain a range of entrance systems, including automatic doors, sliding doors, revolving doors, and manual doors.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform diagnostics to identify problems with entrances/doors.
- Conduct routine inspections to assess the condition and performance of entrance systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and longevity of entrance systems.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for entrance/door solutions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on entrance systems to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
- Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance activities, and parts inventory.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Service Technician
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills for installing and repairing.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and components.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Full driving license is essential
