Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Provide expert advice to clients on legal matters related to property transactions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and deadlines.
- Liaise effectively with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely property transactions.
- Utilise cutting-edge technology platforms to streamline processes and deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout each transaction, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer with significant experience in handling residential property transactions.
