Customer Service Advisor

A market leading logistics provider for the healthcare sector based out of Cumbernauld. You'll be joining a friendly and supportive customer service team, and become part of a fair and collaborative organisation dedicated to ongoing career development.
Your new role
You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing individual customer accounts and working as a team to meet customer and business expectations. Processing customer orders through to completion via telephone and email, responding to all requests and queries in a professional and timely manner. As the organisation has offices UK wide, you will be liaising with internal teams on a regular basis to ensure operational success. This includes communication with procurement on stock control, the sales team to manage customer catalogues and providing support to the finance team on invoices and purchase orders.
You will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5pm. This is an office-based role, allowing you to work closely with your team.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience of providing high level customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience of using SAP, however full training will be provided.
  • The ability to work on your own initiative to problem-solve and prioritise tasks.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
