Senior Credit Controller, London based University
Contract length: 3 months, possibility of further extension
Salary: TBC
Working hours: 35 hours per week
Location: London, hybrid working (3 days working in the Office/ 2 days working from home)
Job Purpose:
The post holder will be responsible for providing a full sales ledger and debt collection service.
Job responsibilities:
- Oversee and review ledger daily for receipts not allocated to invoices
- Responsible for debt collection service, chasing debt BTB and BTC
- Monitor and process Payment Plans
- Deal with discrepancies and queries internally
- Hold regular meetings with department heads, regarding to the collection of debts
- Provide accurate information on outstanding amounts and consult on the actions to be taken
Criteria:
- Minimum 5 years' experience working within a credit control team (E)
- Experience working within higher education (D)
- Knowledge and experience of SITS, SAP (D)
