Secretary - 1 month- Part time - Hybrid
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector and Not-for-Profit is proud to be working with a trade union with a membership of over half a million nurses, midwives, nursing support workers and students, to appoint a Techncial Accountant for this 15 month contract opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
What the Secretary will be doing:-
- Provide Secretarial support for officers
- To provide diary management which includes prioritising internal and external meetings.
- Receive, sort, and read incoming correspondence for Senior RCN Officers and RCN Officers, prioritising and replying to correspondence and/or taking action as appropriate
- To organise travel arrangements within the guidelines and expenses policy.
What the Secretary will bring to the team:-
- Experience of working in a customer service or administration role
- Have a background in dealing with upset and distressed customers
- Have good communication skills
- Experience of Microsoft Packages
Benefits:
- £15.93 per hour
