Office Manager

Our client is a design company based in Farnham and they are looking for a warm and friendly Office Manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of the office.

This is a fully office-based Monday to Friday role with no possibility of hybrid.

Our clients offers a salary of £28,000 plus profit share with a pension and 25 days holiday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception Management: Greet all visitors with warmth and professionalism to ensure a positive first impression.
  • Personal Assistance: Provide comprehensive support to the Director, including scheduling meetings, organizing lunches, and taking minutes.
  • Office Facilities Management: Oversee office health and safety, access and security, and maintenance.
  • Inventory Control: Manage stock levels for office supplies and consumables.
  • Event Coordination: Organize staff social events.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed across the business.
  • Policy Maintenance: Maintain and update company policies and handbooks.
