Office Manager - Construction

Job Title: Office Manager Construction

Location: Croydon

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Provide an efficient and highly confidential service to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Assist with the day-to-day meeting organisation and time management via MS Outlook calendar
  • Minute the Area Leadership Meeting, compiling all relevant paperwork and producing forward actions
  • Manage & order of all office supplies, stationary, kitchen & IT equipment
  • Liaise with Landlord for all facilities items relating to the building and office
  • Event Management for all company events
  • Manage all parking at the site for visitors and staff
  • Office Manager for the business
  • Provide an efficient and highly confidential service to the Senior Leadership Team

You will:

  • Ideally have experience of working in a managerial, administration role within a construction company.
  • Be a strong individual with an outgoing character to grow an established team.
  • Have the confidence to make decisions and influence people.
  • Possess excellent administration, IT and communication skills both written and verbally.
  • Have a high level of attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, excellent time management with skills in setting priorities and managing work pressures.
  • Ability to manage whilst learning.
