Due to ongoing success & expansion, they have opened up a new position for a Head of Training to oversee their state-of-the-art training academy.

In this role, you will be responsible for both creating a new curriculum and maintaining the existing curriculum. You will collaborate with the Training & Research departments to work towards these aims, and also coordinate with the Instructors to ensure all resources are fit for purpose. As part of this role, you will help to enable product development and the upskilling of Trainers & Coaches.

The successful candidate will have knowledge & experience of the automotive industry. They will also have prior experience of designing/developing a curriculum. They will have the strategic capability to oversee a broad training programme and identify areas of improvement.

This role would suit a Training and/or Curriculum Development professional who has Automotive sector knowledge & experience and is looking to take on a senior role where they will oversee an entire training programme and develop a world-class curriculum, at a unique company that offers incredible training opportunities, has a purpose-driven culture and provides generous benefits.

The Role:

  • Creating & developing a world-class automotive curriculum
  • Working with the Training & Research teams to create & also maintain the curriculum
  • Overseeing the entire academy and identifying areas to improve
  • Enabling product development and the upskilling of Trainers & Coaches

  • Automotive knowledge & experience
  • Has curriculum development experience
  • Knowledge of training & teaching methods
  • Strategic & commercial acumen
