Salary: £46,464 - £49,498 per annum

Job Type: Full Time, Fixed Term for 6 months

Hours: 37 hours, occasional requirement to work beyond

Business Systems Project Manager - The Role:

We are looking for a temporary Project Manager experienced in the implementation of large-scale business application systems. You will be responsible for delivering new system functionality critical to support core daily operations of the service, plus integration with other key systems. Some travel requirements for which a pool car will be provided.

Business Systems Project Manager - The Role:

  • Be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle from project inception through to implementation for all new, replacement and upgrades to IT business systems:
  • Engage stakeholders, establishing a project structure and communication framework
  • Create detailed project plans, estimate tasks, balance workloads, and track progress, recommend solutions to senior management
  • Manage project budgets, and ensure solution integration with existing systems
  • Provide test scenarios, manage all testing phases, and ensure issue resolution
  • Facilitate implementation, rollout strategies, risk management plans, and manage project documentation

Business Systems Project Manager - You:

  • Must hold a full valid UK driving licence
  • Managed large end-to-end projects, delivering IT business application systems
  • High level project planning and detailed project planning experience
  • Proven experience delivering projects on budget and to acceptance criteria
  • Worked on bespoke system solutions or customisable package solutions
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
