As the Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of hotel, transfers, and ancillary components in the company's reservations system.
Salary: £23,500
Location: Chester - hybrid working
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9-5.30pm
Duration: Chester
Here's what you'll be responsible for:
- Loading and maintaining contracted rates, allocations, and special offers for our client's directly contracted hotels and ground handlers.
- Taking action on stop sales and errata's following departmental standards and procedures.
- Supporting the Sales team with manual costings and contractual queries to provide the "Best Price, First Time" in line with departmental processes.
- Creating and maintaining internal information accurately and timely, adhering to company processes.
