An award winning Legal 500 reputable law firm serving the Farnborough community, are now seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their growing Residential Department.
As a Conveyancing Legal Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting the conveyancing team in delivering high-quality legal services to their clients. You will work closely with experienced conveyancing professionals, providing administrative and clerical assistance throughout the conveyancing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation and drafting of legal documents related to property transactions.
- Managing and organising case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other relevant parties
- Handling general administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Assisting solicitors and conveyancers in any other tasks related to conveyancing transactions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a legal assistant role, particularly in conveyancing, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of conveyancing procedures and documentation.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
