Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified teaching status) is essential.
- An up to date enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the willingness to obtain one.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least one musical instrument and vocal performance.
- Strong knowledge of music theory, history, and various genres.
- Proven experience in teaching music to students of different age groups and skill levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans tailored to individual student's needs and goals.
- Teach fundamental music techniques, sight-reading, music theory, and ear training.
- Guide students in repertoire selection and performance preparation.
- Conduct regular assessments to track student's progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Organise and coordinate student recitals, competitions, and other performance opportunities.
- Stay updated with current trends and advancements in music education.
