Core responsibilities

  • Conduct daily walk arounds logging any faults or issues
  • Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with the client, customers and vendors to promote excellent customer service.
  • Undertake basic reception duties e.g. booking & managing meeting rooms, welcome & escort visitors (book/ check them in), hospitality, general Front of House admin etc
  • IT support e.g. daily checking IT kit on desks and in meeting rooms, completing fixes where possible, logging IT tickets where fix isn't possible, and tracking job through to completion
  • Assist with setting up meeting rooms when required, assist with reconfiguration of meeting rooms when required
  • Effectively monitor delivery of Reactive/PPM works and ensure contract KPI's/SLA's are monitored and met
  • Order stationery, consumables, tea/coffee etc meeting room lunches, refreshments, monthly drinks
  • Set up monthly drinks and assist with other office events
  • Achieve the highest standards of quality, service and presentation of the business
  • Attention to detail of communication to team, stakeholders and the business in general including emails, signage and poster management
  • Look to drive sustainability performance and gain an understanding to advise our team and stakeholders
  • Responsible for ensuring Front of House is covered at all times arranging temps when required
  • Be the face of the Workplace & 'go to' person for all workplace related matters.
  • Day to day interaction with contractors and 3rd party suppliers, to enable delivery of service
  • Supervision of onsite contractors including cleaning and M&E
  • Point of contact for FM services including maintenance, repairs, fabric works & requirements.

Experience sought

Experience of a high profile Front of House environment

Facilities or Workplace management experience preferred but not essential
