Key Responsibilities

This role offers the opportunity to work across the business, gaining insight into project management within a leading SaaS company.

Project Planning and Coordination

  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of projects, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate resources, including people and technology, to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as the main point of contact for project updates, keeping all stakeholders informed.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and provide regular progress reports.

Risk Management

  • Identify potential project risks and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure projects remain on track.

Process Improvement

  • Support the continuous improvement of project management processes.
  • Implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring all records are up to date.
  • Provide detailed reports on project progress, milestones, and any issues encountered.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with project managers and other team members to support project success.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging communication and teamwork across departments.

Skills

  • Strong organisational skills with experience in project coordination or management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software, particularly in a SaaS environment, is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
