We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our client in Bury St Edmunds.

This is a full-time, office-based role with hours from 8:45 to 17:15, Monday to Friday.

Role Overview

You will support the Office Administrator to ensure the smooth running of the office. This includes general office duties, client administration, and various ad hoc tasks. You should be comfortable interacting with clients, visitors, and staff, and enjoy working in a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • General Office Administration
  • Reception duties, handling post, call handling, receiving deliveries, and monitoring office supplies.
  • Client Administration
  • Updating client databases, preparing documents, and conducting reviews and filings.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks
  • Document binding, photocopying, organizing events, and booking travel.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years of office experience, including reception work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Confidentiality.

The salary being offered is £22500 - £24000 per annum and we are looking for the successful candidate to start around Mid - late October ideally.

Due to the location, you may find that you need your own transport as there are no public transport links.
