Class 1 Driver Needed

Night work start time 6pm
£19.00ph - £21.00ph. Overtime also available
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Gi Group and work with one of our National Clients and one of the UK's leading integrated parcel delivery companies that delivers throughout UK.
Please consider the site operates 24/7, working days can include weekends.
Class 1 Driver duties
Driving a Class 1 vehicle, following a planned route from the depots site in Swindon to customers site and back to Swindon site.
Delivering and collecting palletized goods across depots and customer sites whilst maintaining high integrity standards and demonstrating a friendly customer service.
Unloading and loading of the pallets will be required.
Driver requirements and skills:
- Minimum of 2 years driving experience and MUST have driven Class 1 for at least 6 months in the last 2 years
- You MUST in possession of a HGV Class 1 (C+E) license, Driver CPC & DIGI Cards
- Motoring convictions starting with the code SP for speeding offences are acceptable, up to a max. of 6 points. NB: no other endorsements / convictions are acceptable.
- Minimum of 2 years checkable work history
- Strong work ethic, reliable, flexible, Upbeat, self-motivated, and resilient - are welcomed in this role.
- Able to work on tight schedule whilst maintaining high safety standards throughout.
