As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and maintain administrative records and documents
- Provide support to the Secretarial & Business Support team
- Coordinate meetings, manage diaries and organise travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other administrative software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
