Job Title: Site Manager, facilities management environment
Pay Rate: £250 day rate
Location: Wakefield
Contract: Temporary contract, 8-4
Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day operations at the site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and work flow optimisation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance with project specifications
- Monitor project progress and budgetary performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays in a timely manner
Essential skills:
- SMSTS
- Own transport needed, mileage covered
- First aid
- CSCS card
- Enhanced DBS
