Warehouse Supervisor

Monday to Friday (with paid overtime when applicable)
Found Recruitment are working with an outstanding organisation supporting the recruitment of a new Warehouse Supervisor. As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be involved in the day-to-day management of the warehouse, the position is broad ranging and involves handling, transportation and storage of a variety of different items.
Key duties and responsibilities for the Warehouse Supervisor:
- Supervisor for a team of Warehouse Assistants
- Careful loading, transportation and unloading of delicate goods and high value items
- Confident driving capability
- Completing daily and weekly reports for the Warehouse Manager
- Working closely with the site management team
- Undertaking accurate stock checks
The successful Warehouse Supervisor will be proactive and have a flexible approach to work, along with diverse practical skills and experience in driving to new locations. You may have a background as a Warehouse Technician or Warehouse Assistant who is looking for a step into a supervisory role.
To apply for the position of Warehouse Supervisor:
- Must have a clean and full driving licence
- Forklift truck (reach or counterbalance) license an advantage but a willingness to gain a license is key
- Experience of operating and using a wide range of tools and machinery would be advantageous
- Computer literacy and knowledgeable in all Microsoft Office packages
