I'm exclusively partnering with a prestigious organisation to recruit an HR Administrator for their fast-paced team.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of HR activities, all while working in a historic setting with outstanding perks!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive personnel services, including training, travel coordination, compliance, and administrative support for corporate HR policies and initiatives.
  • Manage all HR documentation and contracts with precision and attention to detail.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the HR team in onboarding new employees
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of employee activities, including hires, terminations, work records, warnings, disputes, and meetings.
  • Handle various HR-related administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an HR role.
  • Exceptional administrative skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
