Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the HR team in onboarding new employees
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of employee activities, including hires, terminations, work records, warnings, disputes, and meetings.
- Handle various HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
