Tandem Financial is looking for a new Client Services Administrator to join our small, friendly team and work at our lovely office in Bendish, Hertfordshire. If you have some previous financial planning experience, great. If not, we will provide full training.

The role
This is an extremely varied role. We are a currently a team of three MD, Practice Manager and Paraplanner and you will be working with all of us. To begin with we will be helping and guiding you, but you can make this role your own. Within time, you will be telling us what you have done before we even realised it needed doing!
Just some of the regular duties are:
- Acting as a point of contact for our clients. Booking appointments, welcoming them to the office, inviting them to events and even sending them birthday cards. You will get to know them well and will be asking them about their children and holiday in no time.
- Running the office. Answering the phone, monitoring supplies, doing the post, and helping with teas and coffees.
- Supporting us with more detailed finance work. We want you to learn our financial systems, be able to speak to our clients about financial as well as personal issues and liaise with financial institutions. We will fully support you to learn and grow in this area.
Essential skills
- Plenty of initiative and be able to thing several steps ahead.
- Amazing organisational skills.
- An excellent telephone manner and great email writing skills and be comfortable dealing with our clients.
- Be amicable and fit in with our small team and share our culture and ethos.
- The ability to work from our office in Bendish full time.
- A good level of Maths skills and be comfortable taking on financial responsibilities.
- Lots of ideas and strive for efficiency.
- Happy to work in a small team in a beautiful countryside office.
