Role and Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the co-ordination, commissioning, and personal delivery of individual packages of care for a caseload of service users within CMHTs.
- To undertake initial assessments of new referrals to the service
- To support the duty system
Nursing Qualifications and Requirements:
- Hold a PIN number as a registered mental health nurse
- Fully enhanced valid DBS

£27ph LTD | £24.29 PAYE Inclusive | £21.68 Exclusive
