Registered Nursing Home Manager
Halcyon Care(west midlands) are working with an established provider in the area to recruit for a exceptional individual to manage a Nursing home in the Wolverhampton area offering great support and a salary to reflect your value.
The home is a Purpose-built care facility to meet the needs of service users with complex nursing needs. Royal Park is located in Bilston. It comprises of 22 spacious bedrooms with ensuite wet rooms to help promote independence and privacy. 14 of these spacious ensuite bedrooms are purpose built to meet the needs of service users with complex nursing conditions including but not exclusive to Neurological conditions, Brain & Spinal injuries, Parkinson's disease as well as artificial ventilation and tracheostomies, also we have 4 transitional spacious livings flats for intensive rehabilitation programmes with continued assessments ready for discharge back into the community.
Our staff are trained within specialist areas to ensure that we deliver a high standard of care throughout ensuring that all complex care needs are met. We have regular training programmes to ensure that all staff are kept updated with training, care regulations, policies & procedures.
About the role
We are looking for a Registered Manager who is a qualified Nurse with an active NMC pin who has experience within managing a Nursing home, CQC inspections and a knowledge of the running's of a care service.
What we need from you:
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
- Must have tracheostomy experience
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager of a nursing home
