Customer Success Administrator

£27,000 + Pension + Parking + 23 Days Holiday
If you are as sales administration specialist then this role as a Customer Success Administrator could really suit you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Reporting to the Sales Director and providing support with the sales function
- Managing sales orders received and entering orders on computer system
- Creating quotations and ensuring these are sent to clients on schedule
- Liaising extensively with clients and providing information on order process
- Maintaining and updating sales information and customer records on the system
- Keeping an eye on open sales orders to ensure stock is reserved
