Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Advisor - Full Training Provided

Demon Recruitment Group is looking to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisor's to join a leading client in Walton Upon Thames. The start date for this role is 3rd June

Experience is not requrired as full training is on offer - if you have some phone, retail or admin experience - this is ideal.

This role is completely office based so please only apply if you are happy with 100% office based - The working hours are as follows and will include a mixture of the Monday - Friday shifts stated plus 1 Saturday per month from 9.00 am - 1.00 pm

Monday-Friday

8.30am - 5:00pm

10am - 6.30pm

Saturday (one per calendar month)

9.00am - 1:00pm

Duties:

  • Taking/Making inbound and outbound calls to discuss repayments
  • Speaking to customers on chat
  • Taking payments
  • Negotiating payment arrangements if a customer cannot pay in full

Background

  • Customer service or retail experience (2 years preferred)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Confident phone manner
  • Friendly and empathetic, with good active listening skills
  • A positive attitude and reliable
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to provide information quickly and clearly
  • Ability to problem solve and provide customers with options

Previous experience is not required for this role, the training team will provide a bespoke training programme to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to exceed in the role.
