You will play a crucial role in driving new business revenue and managing client relationships. The Role:
- Manage an existing book of business, inherited based on your experience.
- Generate new business revenue by providing comprehensive insurance solutions to potential clients and effectively managing these accounts once onboarded.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer requirements, ensuring their needs are consistently met.
The Candidate:
- Extensive experience in a new business role within the insurance industry, with proven success in meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients, including new business development and client retention.
- Familiarity with tracking and reporting performance metrics
- Experience implementing marketing strategies and using CRM systems.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and market trends
- Understanding of FCA regulations and CII Code of Ethics
